AU Administration

Melissa D. Weber, M.A., BCBA, LBA-Executive Director and Co-Foundermel

Melissa has 24 years of experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. She holds an M.A. degree in psychology with an emphasis in applied behavior analysis from the University of Nevada – Reno, and is a  board-certified and Missouri-licensed behavior analyst. She has worked as a behavior analyst at several of the leading agencies in St. Louis and currently is the Founder and Director of Best Abilities, a company which provides in-home behavior therapy to individuals of all ages.  She helped found Achievements Unlimited to further her vision for services for adults with disabilities.  She is also an adjunt professor in the ABA program at Lindenwood University and president of the St. Louis Area Day Services Coalition.  Contact Melissa at (314) 733-0056 or

Angela M. Craven M.S., BCBA, LBA-Program Director and Co-Founder  ang

Angela has 13 years of experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.  She holds a degree in psychology from Washington University in St. Louis, and an M.S. in behavior analysis from St. Cloud State University. She is currently a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Missouri Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA). She is an adjunct professor in the ABA program at SLU and president of the Gateway Association for Behavior Analysis.  She oversees all daily functioning of AU programs as well as the behavior therapy for clients.  Contact Angela at (314) 733-0056 or

Bobbi Chapman, M.Ed.-Assistant Directorbobbi

Bobbi has eight  years experience providing direct care and special education services.  She holds a
graduate degrees in special education from  Mckendree Universitiy and is currently completing post-graduate coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis at the Florida Institute for Technology.  She develops curricula for the program, provides oversight to staff, and assists with behavior therapy as part of supervised fieldwork, under Angela.  Contact Bobbi at

Micah Hanson, MS, BCBA, LBA-Behavior Analystmicah

Micah began work at AU as an ABA intern and quickly proved himself to be an asset to the organization!  Micah has an MS in psychology and is a board certified and licensed behavior analyst.  He conducts functional behavior and skill assessment, writes behavior plans and skill acquisition plans, and provides behavioral consultation for clients as well as ongoing staff training.    Contact Micah at

Danielle Hollis-Administrative Specialistdanielle 2

Danielle has a master’s degree in non-profit administration from Lindenwood University.   She has experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities as well as extensive experience providing administrative support to various St. Louis social service agencies.  Contact Danielle at or the main line.

Behavior Technicians:  Our Lead Behavior Techs are full time employees and true professionals who supervise and run the groups at AU.  They are responsible for leading educational activities, implementing behavior plans,  and helping clients to successfully run their microenterprises and community projects.  All of our lead techs have several years experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities  mental health needs, and challenging behavior and all lead techs are BACB Registered Behavior Technicians..  Many of our part time techs also hold degrees in related fields such as psychology, speech-language pathology, occupational therapy, or education and many are working towards undergraduate or graduate degrees.
